Basic technical requirement to the drainage piston pump

1.1. The vessel is designed and built for the class KM ⍟ Icebreaker 6 [2] АUT1IСS OMBO FF3WS EPP ECO BWM (T) CONT (deck) AThruster (E)

1.2. The flag of the vessel – the Russian Federation.

2. Technical requirements to the equipment

2.1. The pump must have the following parameters:

Type – piston

Capacity – 10m³/h

Head – 0,3 Mpa

Pumped medium – bilge water

Build-in protection from dry running

Build-in bypass valve with regulation – 0,33 MPa

2.2. Electrical equipment must be marked in accordance with the GOST IEC 61293-2016. Electrical equipment  marking must include manufacturer name or trademark, conformity mark, type designation, rated current, rated voltage, rated frequency, protection level, year of manufacture.

The pump must have electrical motor with minimal permissible capacity, alternative current frequency 50Hz, voltage 400V, protection level at least IP44 in accordance with the GOST 14254-2015, heat resistance insulation class of electrical equipment F in accordance with the GOST 8865-93.

2.3. External surfaces must have anti-corrosion coating and must be painted.

2.4. The equipment must have climatic execution OM 4 in accordance with the GOST 15150-69.

2.5. Electrical equipment must have:

– grounding nodes

– cable glands

– set of electrical safety signs (lightening, grounded)

2.6. The equipment must comply the Technical regulations of the Customs Union.

3. Thescopeof supply

3.1. The pump in accordance with part 2 – 1 pc.

3.2. In the set must be included:

– counter flanges for the pump connection to the system

– gaskets made of non-asbestos material, resistant to the pumped medium

– switchboard with the pump starter

– set of measuring instruments: pressure gauge switchboard (panel), pressure-vacuum gauge, pressure gauge, pressure gauge valves.

4. Spare parts, instruments and accessories

4.1. Spare parts, instruments and accessories must be supplied with the equipment in the scope determined by the supplier in accordance to the RS rules.

4.2. Non-standard (special) instrument must be included to the spare parts set.
